The new December 2008 issue of Offbeat Magazine is out now, and there is a big ol’ story about the piano lounge at Pat O’Brien’s.

(It’s the first time I’m mentioned in Offbeat, which covers the Louisiana music scene. Woo-hoo!)

I am going to the bank immediately to pull out all of my money in a GM-secured money market account before he loses it all! I can’t believe I’m having to do this

(half-hour later) I am now more calmly awaiting the collapse and bankrupcy of General Motors.
